Cooking Against the Grain...

By no means did any one famous or "normal" <---- what exactly is normal anyway?? Get to where they are by going with the grain. We would not have flight, light, or beautiful art if The Wright Brothers, Edison, or Picasso had listened to people tell them just to go with the flow and forget about their inventions. Or if they had stopped what they were doing just because people told them they were stupid. Albert Einstein once said "Everyone is a genius. But if you judge a fish on its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid."

What does this have to do with cooking you may ask??? Well, it is my inability to fallow a simple recipe to the tee at any given point in my life. ( and by no means is this a bad thing I have yet to find an EPIC FAIL when deviating from the plan) Case in point Stuffed Peppers:

Here is the cook book and the page with the recipe :D

This is Everyday light meals by Taste of Homes and Readers Digest.... the pg. is 28

Here is where innovation and laziness and no time all apply to if you judge a fish on its ability to climb a tree it'll spend his whole life thinking he is stupid comes in to play....

THIS IS MY SOLUTION TO boiling the peppers before you stuff them....

This is a muffin pan and these are the peppers that are wrapped in tin foil... in each empty muffin pan hole is water and after I have stuffed and put the tops back on the peppers I will wrap the peppers making them little Saunas ( at least that is the idea.. in an hour or so I will post the finished product.... :D Wish the Little Guys luck!! The filling is tasty but lets see if the whole meal will be as good as the pieces are...
