Giving into Weaknesses :)

I must say that I have been pretty bad when it comes to giving into my weaknesses this weekend, not that it's really a bad thing but Like all things its better if it only happens in moderation hehe :)

Weakness One:
BASKETBALL!!! Okay so I didn't get to play but I helped coach and run a basketball Tournament for the Special Olympics.. It was so much fun and made me truly miss basketball, It is my favorite passion :) but like I said above It needs moderation too because other wise nothing would get done :p

Weakness Two:
BARNES AND NOBLES!!!! Oh my goodness I love this store If I could I would just sit a roam up and down the shelves for hours. I by no means am a shopper I prefer to get in and get out but with every rule and never evers there is always an exception and this one is mine :) Here are a few goodies I got today :)
There is a book with a TON of exercises for the exercise ball, a cook book with recipes that are healthy and less then 400 calories its by the Taste of Home, and then Emily's Chance which is the second book out of a series I have started and it is written by a lady who lived in Colorado City :) This is only the second book in this series the first one was Jenna's Cowboy ( It was a GREAT book I LOVED IT) so I am keeping my fingers crossed that this will be a good book too :)

Weakness Three:
OldNavy Flip Flops :) They are 95% of the time on sale and they come in EVERY COLOR :)

I went shopping today to look for clothes to take on Spring Break but all I found was two pairs of flip flops and a dress... YEP I bought a dress mark it in the history books folks :)

Here is the dress and yes it still has the tag on it thought I would give a shout out to Minnie Pearl heheh

Any who after giving into my weaknesses this week I must jump back on my straight and narrow as well as the losing train because this weight isn't going to leave willingly
Hope yall have a great Sunday :)

  1. LOVE your dress!! Beautiful. Sure enjoyed seeing you last weekend and I'm glad you have the Clara dress tucked away in a cedar chest. ;) I'll be looking forward to the day we can see it on my great niece. Back on the straight and narrow! Love you! XOXOXXO

  2. Now those all sound like really good indulgences to me. Not too much, just enough to feed the soul. Love the dress, and I'm sure it will be perfect for wherever you're headed for Spring Break! Love you! XOXOXOXO
