If I didn't cook it myself I could have Sworn it was Real Sketti :)

Not that it wasn't real food or anything but this Sketti doesnt have noodles it was made with squash yep SQUASH!!!! AHHHH IT WAS AWESOME... Putting a check next to the recipe :) It has also been added to the list of favorites :) Thank you Amanda for sending the recipe my way :) PLEASE SEND MORE!!!!!

okay so the pictures kinda got out of order but from the bottom is the cooked squash then the next two are just my plating ( no worries I came back for a tab bit bigger plate i had a that cup before class i was running late)

In other news ( yet again the pictures are out of order) the diet has been shot for about two weeks in our attempt to get out Valentines Day packages to our folks and the boys in the sandbox... which turned out to be an EPIC FAIL since how are new roommate helped her self to 95% of them... :/ was not a happy camper when I found that out... Anyways I put back on a few lbs but lucky me has dropped them off and a few to make the grand total 10lbs with puts me 5lbs away from a milestone :)

Oh the chocolates are Pb&J truffles... I found a recipe online and had to do it... Super easy you literally melt chocolate poor a little on the bottom and scrape it on the side to make a shell then mix peanut butter with vanilla and powdered sugar ( 1 teaspoon for vanilla 1 cup for powdered sugar)  melt it and let it cool then stick some in the bottom of the cup and a tad bit of you favorite jam and smother it with more melted chocolate....
Oh and by the way it says to make them with mini muffin tins but through college innovation and no mini muffin pans egg cartons work just fine to the just aren't all perfectly round :)

Any who its 26 days till my birthday... ( I have been counting down since January 1st ) Supper EXCITED!!!!

  2. So glad you liked the spaghetti squash! Isn't it funny how they do taste a little like noodles? If I come across any other easy and healthy recipes like that one, I'll send them your way. =)
