AHHHHHHH!!!!!

AHHHHHH so once again I am off my guard... and I know have this all of a sudden rush feeling.... Zayden's second birthday is this coming up Saturday... No biggy right except for I am making his cakes.... One for him and one for the guests :D The problem comes with timing... You see last year I didn't practice his cake and it all went fine and dandy but this time they are a little more complex... His mini cake is going to be Matter from cars while the guest cake is going to be a race track sheet cake with cars on them.... Sheet cake I am not to worries about because I am just going to decorate the top with toys HOWEVER the Matter cake I wanted to look exactly like him... So what do I do its only a week away should I practice or should I just gather all that I need and have it planed down to the T with fingers crossed hoping for the best????
