By Request :D

Here is the recipe for cake pops :) I thought it was going to be hard but it was pretty easy :)

Things you will need:
Cake mix
your favorite Icing
The things you need to bake your cake
lollipop sticks
Dipping chocolate ( the kind that makes the shell)
a pan with parchment paper ( due to college funds we used aluminum foil it worked out great)
Styrofoam block
Directions:
Bake your cake as directed on the box.
Then let it cool, (I cut the cake into pieces it cooled faster)
Crumble your cake into pieces ( it needs to be crumbled finely no big chunks)
Then at 3/4 of the icing into the finely crumbled cake
Mix it up until it makes like a dough ( thats what mine did, it kind of looked like mushed up brownie)
Then roll them into balls ( the size I found worked best was about the size of a medium gumball you know the ones that come out of the machine for a quarter not the fifty cent ones)
then I melted a little chocolate and dipped the sticks in it before I put them in the middle of the balls
( when you place the stick in you just lightly push them in if you go to far youll push them out the other side)
Then I put them in the freezer for 30 minutes
Melted more of the chocolate and dipped them in there
As you dip them try to shake off as much extra chocolate as possible and then stick them in the Styrofoam block to finish hardening :)

Thats it, its a little tedious but not bad.... Also the brown drizzle on mine is peanut butter chips that i melted down and slashed all over them you can do what ever to decorate yours :)

P.S Mom says HI AND SHE LOVES All OF Yall :) xoxox

  1. Oh. My. Goodness. I don't know when I'm going to find the time to try this recipe, but I must! These look soooo good. The problem with cake pops is that I'll just keep eating and eating because they're "small bites." Love you!!! xoxoxoxox
