So After class this morning I went and decided to fill up the Tin Can ( thats the name of the Kia we have) so that I can go home this weekend just incase prices went up again. So after I went on the hunt for Jolly Ranchers without going to Wally World I headed to the 7-11 right next to the school. I went in to see if I could find some jolly ranchers, no luck, but this little blue Slurpee grabbed my attention so I decided I would get one. I went a got in line to pay for it and some gas when this man said hand me your cup. I kind of looked at him funny I mean a stranger is asking for my drink, but he put it on the counter and told the lady to ring it up. I tried to pay him back but he said no so I just kept telling him thank you. He just smiled and said your welcome madam.
So needless to say that young man made my day ( he looked about 25) and made this Slurpee taste even sweeter.
I think we all should try doing a random act of kindness even now and again it really does make the day better :)
