Pros, Cons and the fork in the Road

SO here is the pros and cons list for transferring: Sorry you cant really read them but as you can tell its pretty much a tie. 5 pros to 4 cons for UTPB and 6 pros to 5 cons for UT Arlington.

Here is my two main problems for each that make it hard to decided what to do:

UTPB:
HATE IT HERE!!!
and
The chances of my classes being offered that i need to graduate aren't looking good and I REFUSE to be on the 10 year plan

UT Arlington:
ITS WAY WAY WAY EXPENSIVE!!! ( at least about 5 grand more then what I pay now)
and
I have looked at a degree plan there and I have the same amount of classes I need to graduate from there as I do here ( that I can tell) but I haven't found anything about the 30% rule.... If they have that then I may be on the 10 year plan anyways..

The worst part is I have till June 1st to figure it all out .... any ways more thinking to do
