So nothing to exciting has been going on here in Odessa, school is wrapping up we have Two Weeks left :) WHICH IS AMAZING!!!!!
But any ways All year long I have wanted to try Jersey Girl Pizza which is this little hole in the wall pizza place in the shopping center right across the street from the school. We always have coupons in our Falcon Alert paper but I never took them up on their 3 dollars off. So Today with no coupon I thought I would give it a whirl. So I busted out my google to see if I could get a menu and I found one :) As I skimmed through I read the words HAND TOSSED pizza and was sold. Those are my favorite kind:) Any ways I got my usual Pineapple and Canadian Bacon Pizza and since I don't like red sauce on that kind of pizza I got garlic oil stuff... IT'S AMAZING!!!! its like that stuff you dip bread sticks in that has the roasted garlic, and the black stuff ( I can't ever remember what its called)
So needless to say I have found my new Pizza Spot... They Hand Toss their crusts and they cook it in a brick oven ( I call it a brick oven but really its the modern day brick oven that cooks the same as a old school brick over oven) <--- did that just make any since??
Needless to say If your ever in this neck of the woods look it up its amazing :)
Oh and another bright side this guy working there was ubber cute hehe
oh and the pizzas are always bigger then the box lol
Sounds like one more perk to staying put for another semester! Don't you just love it when you find a hole in the wall that makes AWESOME food? That's the good stuff in life.
