| Since the post about dieting we have some how managed to crush it with an adventure in making Tamales , sure Tamales don't seem that unhealthy or at least I didn't they were that unhealthy but after getting my lesson in making them I was proven all wrong.... |

| So After I Learned how to make the maseca and the filling we wrapped them up we cooked them up...well steamed them for and hour :) Thank Goodness I didn't totally blow my diet because we gave a ton of them away :) Oh and a little update on the weight loss thing at least on my half ...down 7lbs.... I have to give all the credit to my boredom... All I ever do is work out because I have nothing better to do lol soon though I will have to start making time for it because I also got a job :) Yep I start Monday in the bio lab :) Hope all is having a good month and weekend :) |

I've only made tamales once, as a fund raiser for my nursing class. It was a lot of work! LOL!
